Complete Kitchen Remodel & Whole Home Flooring
Project Cost : Kitchen : $120,000
Project Cost: Flooring : $40,000
When it comes to G2 Home Services, Kitchen Remodels will always be the backbone of this company. No matter how sprawling or herniated we get, Kitchen Remodeling will always be the sweet relief of a chiropractic adjustment for the company. They are just rewarding. Seeing the transformative process from Demo day to final punch out will never not have an eye opening “wow” factor to it. Also, just a personal gripe, there’s more room to work in a kitchen then say a small bathroom with 2 other craftsmen, so it’s easier on us.
As for this Spring Hill Kitchen Remodel, well, this one might be the best yet. I say that often but that’s because G2 keeps getting bigger and better. This kitchen was a complete haulover. Our customer had recently bought the home and was looking to refit the entire kitchen to fit their needs before they ever move a single box in. Enter G2 Home Services. From the very start they we’re sold on our process and confident we were the team to get the job done. Scroll below to see if you think we were able to keep their expectations (I think we excelled them).

Our Favorite Things!
In this section, we like to take a moment and highlight certain features and design aspects of every remodel we complete! So let’s get into it below.
First off, let’s address it. The increase in space. By removing half of the non-load bearing wall this kitchen opens up into a massive space creating an inviting and spacious atmosphere that breathes new life into the whole home. With the removal of half the wall, we were also able to create; an overhang counter (perfect for entertaining guests), a literal seamless flow from the front door to the back exterior wall and more light, taking what was a bleak, dark, cold and outdated kitchen and turning it into a modern Transitional kitchen.
Next, The fireplace. At first the homeowner did not want to touch the fireplace, leaving it how it was originally. However once the final picture started taking form, it was clear the old tile was a sore thumb and a reminder of what was. So we recommended to retile the entire front with the same tile used in the backsplash and voila. A perfect accent wall to compliment the rest of the kitchen in luxurious style.
Finally, The most unique feature, the Arch. The arch was an idea by our designer too once again open up the kitchen more by including the lower cabinets and giving them purpose. By including the arch we were able to make a side countertop perfect for drinks/horderves when entertain guest. Not only that, but it acts as a brief window into the rest of the home as it peers through the looking glass.
Honorable mentions; the white shaker cabinets. The accent lighting, from the overhead to the pendant and under cabinet accents. The brand new Island. The Cambria Countertops and the Flooring throughout the whole home.
