At the time this was one of our biggest jobs to take on. There were a lot of moving parts, multiple rooms with multiple renovations, 4 different flooring types throughout the home, and a lot of extra small changes to be made in every room. Easy for G2. However because there was so much going on I’ve decided to dedicate this separate page to all the little things.
Now it is extremely common for customers to ask us to do help with something small on projects. Stuff like change a door or patch a hole and so on. Normally these things are not even worth mentioning, but because so much of this home was being worked on all at once and so much changed I thought I’d break it down because the small stuff adds up.
The first and biggest, the Flooring. The whole home saw new Luxury Vinyl Plank throughout the main areas and bedrooms. In each bathroom new tile was laid down. But most importantly was the pavers put down throughout the entirety of the back porch.
Next up is the Guest Bathroom. While the Master Bathroom saw a full renovation the guest bathroom had a few changes done to it. The previously mentioned new tile floors but also, the vanity was replaced and the old outdated toilet was replaced with a newer, more modern model.
Finally, Each room, from inside out, saw some kind of new lighting. The master bedroom and the office both had new fans installed, with the master bedroom having the vanity light replaced for recessed lights and the office having recessed light installed as well. The back porch had a new exterior fan, and a slew of GFCI and plate replacements throughout. Oh and you can’t forget the new chandelier in the dining room or the retiled fireplace.
