Sometimes the opportunity for a dramatic change comes along and you can either embrace it or run form it. Think of the Grinch, when his ugly plan to ruin Christmas for the people of Whoville went awry, it was Cindy Lou and their companionship that grew his heart 3 sizes that day.
Why on Earth am I talking about the Grinch? Well, because sometimes the thing that is hideous and repulsive can transform into the hero of the story, like with this bathroom in Odessa.

To say this bathroom was the definition of “shock & awe” before G2 came in is putting it lightly. But just like Cindy Lou, G2 saw its potential to be better, to be loved. So without haste, we began to work the magic that only G2, aka miracle makers, are capable of.

Every Project we make for the project gallery we like to take this section to highlight a few design features the customers selected that really stood out to us! Like when the princess kissed the frog, G2 kissed this bathroom and turned their selections into the prince it was meant to be.
First off let’s have a close look at the shower tile, arguably the biggest change to this bathroom. This 12×24 “Tesoro Madras Bianco” LFT (Large format tile) gives the shower a heavenly aesthetic with the stones natural cloud like cut. Behind the Vail of the shower curtain, stepping into this shower feels like meeting St. Peter himself at the gates (yes, I am catholic).
Next I want to highlight the chosen color scheme. The Carolina blue walls and matching midnight grey Vanity and Mirror plays more into the paradisal theme of this bathroom. Not to mention the light grey floors which just adds to the feeling of stepping on clouds as you move about your morning routine. As bathrooms are the last sanctuary of privacy in homes, these customers had peace-in-mind for their bathroom.
Speaking of the Vanity & Mirror, they are my final highlight for this project. The modern style of the Legacy cabinets and matching mirror are the finishing touch to bringing this bathroom together. With the White Marble counter top their heavenly theme is solidified.
Bonus favorite thing is the exhaust fan & light combination. I am a big advocate for soft lighting in the bathroom for morning/night routines and this combo provides exactly that.
