This project was easily one of our favorites. The home was
in decent shape when the owner purchased, just wasn’t particularly what the
owner wanted froma  design aesthetic.
Very quickly upon meeting Michele we realized she had a great eye for style, knew exactly
what she wanted and was able to convey that verbally and with inspiration
photos. To say our design session was a breeze would be an understatement. I
think our total design time was less than an hour, for a project like this we
would typically put aside 3-4 hours for design. After completing the design,
michele was back on a plane to Michigan and wouldn’t return until we completed
the renovations. I only wish we could have been on site to see her face the day
she returned to her newly renovated home.

Materials

Cabinetry

On this project we used North point Calcatta polar white cabinets in the kitchen and bath, and a north point espresso cabinet in the guest bath.

Counter tops

We used 3 different counter top materials in three different areas. Kitchen was blue jeans granite, the master bath was white ice granite and the guest bath was corian.

Floors

Our team installed a Parkay floating vinyl plank flooring throughout the whole home. They color was Honey and really went well with the overall theme of the home
