Overview
Prior to our renovation this home had been used as a vacation rental by the owner. She would spend some time at the property but mainly stayed at her northern home. We started the project with the intent of opening up the kitchen to make every morning routine a pleasant one for the new homeowner!
On this project we installed Northpoint polar white cabinets in the kitchen with a north point slate island. We changed the layout to fit the new size of the area and modified the appliance location.
For countertops we used Cambria Brittanica in the kitchen and bathroom, we also used the quartz on the window sills in both areas.
For a kitchen back splash we install a 3 x 6 marble look subway tile that really compliments the brittanica countertops.
We also installed a new black stainless steel appliance package.

As far as timeline goes this project gave us a run for our money. We had multiple delays including counter tops, and appliances. The dish washer also came in about a month after the rest of the appliances. The size of this project alone had its challenges but all in all the customer is happy and so are we.
