Overview
Eric and Janet were an absolute pleasure to work with. They made the process of this remodel awesome for our whole team. In the Guest bath we did a full gut job down to the studs.
Our favorite things
- Shower wall tile- we love the beautiful pattern of the 12 x 24 shower wall tile. It really is the centerpiece of this guest bathroom renovation.
- James Martin vanity- These vanities are beautiful, come with silestone countertops and are at a great price point.
- Mirrors- The mirrors are beautifully elegant and match the vanities.

This project was pretty straight forward as bathroom renovations go. The main aspect of these renovations were, plumbing, electrical, Drywall, tile and carpentry. Both of these bathrooms were smaller around the 5’ x 9’ range but had a lot of moving parts as we were building both bathrooms at the same time.
While this project didn’t come without challenges we were still able to finish about 10 days ahead of schedule. We typically say 4-6 weeks per bathroom but were able to knock this one out a little bit quicker.

Total cost: $35,000
On this project the customer actually paid less than the fixed price proposal. We realized after the vanities were ordered that they already came with cabinet handles/pulls. We were able to return the ones we ordered and were able to issue the customer a refund.
