The second bathroom in this home renovation project. The customer asked if both bathrooms could be completed simultaneously, to which we were able to do at this time!
Overview
Being the second bathroom in this homes renovations, the pool bath ended up being a small and less invasive project then the first guest bathroom. The customers not wanting to update the shower in this bathroom left only replacing the vanity, mirror and flooring. However for the sake of time (and the fact that we could) we renovated both bathrooms at the same time! Doing both at once meant we were able to complete the projects ahead of schedule.

This project was pretty straight forward as bathroom renovations go. The main aspect of these renovations were, plumbing, electrical, Drywall, tile and carpentry. Both of these bathrooms were smaller around the 5’ x 9’ range but had a lot of moving parts as we were building both bathrooms at the same time. While this project didn’t come without its challenges, we were still able to finish 10 days ahead of schedule with our customers being 100% satisfied!
Thanks to the vanities coming furnished with the cabinets fixed with handles/pulls, the customer actually saved money and paid less then the fixed proposal price!
