This one is going to be short and sweet because this part was! As we were mid-construction on their full on bathroom remodel, our customers asked if we could punch up the kitchen a little. We may have done something like that one or twice before, so without hesitation G2 went to work!

In addition to their bathroom, our customer Wanted to spice up the kitchen. So we added custom molding to under the cabinets to hide the LED strips of our new under cabinet lighting. New, high end, Bianco Cielo quartz countertops & flooring. Not to mention, we also removed the old overhead panel lighting in the ceiling and installed bright white recessed lights.
Even these “minor” changes do so much to transform the kitchen into a brand new space without any major construction needing to take place. When it comes to any home remodeling service, sometimes a full renovation is not necessary. Less invasive changes can do a lot to enhance the space without taking up too much of your time.

Our Favorite Things
Like mentioned above this wasn’t much of anything project wise. But there are still a few things I’d like to point out!
First and foremost being the under molding on the cabinets to mask the under cabinet lighting. Not only does it hide the LED strips but it also enhances the original cabinets to having a higher-end look about them. And with the under cabinet lights illuminating off the molding the accent lights now appear to be the sun beaming through the clouds…
Next the with flooring. This lavish LVP encases the kitchen in a pearl pillow of floor & ceiling, contrasting the dark brown cabinets and backsplash perfectly.
Finally, the countertops. Deciding to match countertops from the bathroom adds a consistency throughout the home. Not to mention going with the same ones made less of a headache for our customers, and again, just adds a great contrast to the earth toned cabinets and backsplash.
