Fast paced and energetic, the individual we are looking for must have a great attitude and know their trade and wants the job done right. Must be knowledgeable in laminate, wood, vinyl plank, carpet and some tile.

Finish Carpenter:

Highly knowledgeable and attentative to detail. Can comprehensively install base chair and crown molding. Case doors, openings and columns. Install shiplap and various facades. Assist in cabinetry trim outs.

Drywall Specialist (Remodel):

Looking for someone that loves this trade, well adversed with hanging, finishing and matching textures correctly, (the 1st time). Cleanliness is a must as this is often one of our most invasive projects.

Cabinet Specialist:

Must have a very keen eye. Attention to detail goes without saying. Must be capable of reading prints, cabinet installation and fabrication (RTA & Laminate). Trim work and be able to assist and overcome situations on the fly.

Painter:

The ideal painter would be experienced in all phases of painting interior, exterior and capable of using an airless sprayer and hand tools to complete a project in a timely manor, with beautifying results. Cleanliness is a must.

Tile Specialist:

Another example of a highly tuned well trained eye. Looking for someone with 10 + years of experience. Needs to be able to set an aggressive pace, with the highest quality of work specifically on showers and tub surroundings, back splash and floors. Must have extensive knowledge in product usage and prep, also Schluter experience is a plus.

General Laborer:

Needs a general knowledge of tools, capable of lifting and working in the elements and willing to grow, as we promote from within.

Administrative:

Must have general office knowledge. Experience in Microsoft office, BuilderTrend, Quickbooks and general construction and permitting a plus.
