But why? What a strange analogy, I know, stay with me. Room Additions are the highest risk highest reward, so to speak. Imagine, betting the house and as the flop turns, it is the almighty river card that will seal the deal of whether your bet will pay off. Same idea in the sense that Room Additions add the highest value to your house. No only in actual Dollars, but in the quality of life for your home as well.
Of course, the process of adding onto your home is not as risky as a hand in Hold’em, but it can be as nerve-racking with the wrong contractor. Our Favorite Things
With Home Remodeling, or more specifically Home Additions, it is so hard to pick just a few favorite things because everything is so new and different! However, this section is where we like to highlight just a few aspects that we like from every project.
To Start, I have to mention the new floor plan. But more specifically, the new master bath. Additions are not always just building blocks, they change everything such as extending a kitchen remodel or turning what was empty space into a Full Master Bathroom remodel. By adding onto the home G2 was able to remove the old master bath, extending it into the walk in closet and cutting off the empty space in the living room with 1 wall for the new master bathroom, Transforming the home completely.
Next is the Selections. The homeowners made the decision to have the whole room flow perfectly with the home. If you look at the after picture you can barley see the seam where the paint is a bit newer, making the addition appear as if it was always there.
