G2’s 5-Year Labor Warranty

Your renovation deserves workmanship you can count on. G2 Home Services includes a five-year labor warranty on work we perform, subject to the terms below, along with applicable manufacturer warranties.

What’s Covered?

Our warranty covers our labor for five years. Manufacturer warranties apply separately, according to each manufacturer’s terms.

When Your Coverage Begins

Your five-year labor warranty begins on the date you and your G2 project manager have signed the “We Owe” document towards the end of your project. This document acknowledges project completion. It lists any remaining punch-list items G2 owes to your home and states that the performed work is adequately finished as per the Scope of Work.

That signing date also establishes the anniversary used to schedule your required annual warranty inspections.

Annual Inspections Keep Your Coverage Eligible

An annual inspection performed by G2 Home Services is required to remain eligible for the five-year labor warranty.

Your inspection must take place within three months of the anniversary of your signed “We Owe” document. For example, if you signed the “We Owe” document on June 15, your annual inspection window runs through September 15 of that year.

Homeowner-Supplied Materials

G2 Home Services does not provide labor warranty coverage for work involving materials supplied by the homeowner.

Schedule an Inspection or Report a Concern

Contact G2 Home Services to schedule your annual inspection or discuss a workmanship concern. Have your project address and the date of your signed “We Owe” document available.

Contact G2's office at anytime for questions about your Warranty.
