Spring Hill Primary Bathroom Remodel
Project Cost: $53,000
Project Start Date: 03/01/2026
Project End Date: 06/05/2026
Every once in a while, a bathroom remodel comes together with a look that feels completely different from the standard white-and-gray bathroom everyone has seen a thousand times. This Spring Hill primary bathroom remodel is one of those projects.
Instead of playing it safe, this bathroom leans into warmth, texture, and contrast. The brick wall tile brings in a rich, natural tone, while the green walls give the space a bold but grounded feel. Add in the black fixtures, lighted mirrors, custom vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub area, and the final result is a primary bathroom that feels personal, comfortable, and anything but boring.
For this Spring Hill bathroom remodel, the goal was not just to update the space. It was to create a bathroom that felt finished, intentional, and connected from one side of the room to the other. The shower, vanity, tub deck, shelving, mirrors, lighting, and wall finishes all work together to create one complete design.

Our Favorite Things
Every project gallery post needs a few favorite things, and this Spring Hill primary bathroom remodel gave us plenty to work with.
First, the tile. The Grafiti Nolita Sun brick tile running through the shower and vanity wall is easily one of the strongest features in this bathroom. It brings the warmth of a contemporary farmhouse bathroom. This tile gives the room texture, movement, and a little bit of that spa-meets-rustic.
Next, the color choice. The green walls are bold, but they work. A lot of homeowners are scared of darker or deeper wall colors in a bathroom because they think it will make the space feel smaller. Here, it does the opposite. The green gives the room depth, while the white trim, lighted mirrors, tub, and natural light keep everything balanced. It is a strong color choice, but it does not overpower the room.
The black fixtures are another major highlight. From the shower system to the tub filler, vanity faucets, hardware, towel hooks, and shower glass hardware, the matte black finish ties the entire bathroom together. It gives the space a clean modern edge against the warm tile and wood vanity. That contrast is what keeps the bathroom from feeling too rustic or too traditional.
Then there is the shower. The walk-in shower uses the same brick tile on the walls, paired with a shower floor that adds texture underfoot. The black shower head and handheld sprayer make the space feel modern and practical. The frameless glass keeps the shower open visually, which helps the whole primary bathroom feel larger and more connected.
The vanity wall deserves its own credit, too. The warm Catalina Sand Stone wood double vanity, Azul Platino granite countertop, black hardware, and lighted mirrors create a clean focal point as soon as you walk into the bathroom. The mirrors add a modern touch, but they also make the room more functional. Better lighting at the vanity is one of those upgrades you appreciate every single day.
Finally, the tub area. The soaking tub sits inside a stone countertop deck with matching tile wrapping the walls. The floating shelves add storage and decoration without making the area feel cluttered. It is a good example of how small details can make a bathroom feel designed instead of just remodeled.
