Full Remodel

Project Cost: $60,499

Any remodel follows one simple rule, do what you can in the space provided. Excluding additions, a kitchen is a kitchen and a bathroom is a bathroom. Sure, a wall can be knocked down (or put up) to expand but, in the end of the day it’s how a designer moves and shapes a space that creates magic. Albert Einstein once said “Once we know our limitations we can go beyond them.” Well, pushing the bar of limitations is what we here at G2 crave.

Take this Palm Harbor kitchen remodel. Our customer wanted the constricting walls of her kitchen to breathe open air for the first time since it was built. Knowing the floor plans limitations, G2 was able to form an unrecognizable space off the bones of the old. From the time the design agreement was signed, the original claustrophobic kitchen’s days were numbered. Check out the photos down below and see how your home could be, if you dare to dream beyond.

Our Favorite Things

On every project there are certain design aspects and choices the customers make that really stand out to us. We like to take this section and highlight a few of those choices.

First and foremost, the open concept. Removing the wall that separated the dinning room and the kitchen left room to slightly push back the kitchen counter, move the refrigerator, extend the coffee bar and add a second pantry. Stepping foot into this kitchen on the first day and the last day feels like 2 different homes. There’s a lot more space for guest and activities, room to breathe and extra storage. Not to mention having the living space flow so seamlessly into the kitchen presents a more inviting atmosphere.

Next up, the Cambria Everleigh Quartz countertops. These Counters are designed as a more practical solution to Marble. Giving you the high class, timeless aesthetic without the headache of porous marble, the maintenance and the cost. Durable and stunningly elegant, the splatter swirl countertops guide the eye throughout the kitchen as your gaze traverses the grand kitchen design.

Finally, the coffee bar! By moving the fridge past the sink to leave walking space for the entrance, left a gap at the end of the wall. Filling the area with a short counter and floating shelves makes a quaint area for the toaster and coffee maker. with the natural light coming through the window the stage is set for your own personal escapism within your home.
