Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We are fully licensed and insured in the state of Florida. Our license number is CRC1331933, and we carry both general liability and workers’ compensation insurance.

Do you offer free consultations?

Yes. We offer a complimentary in-home consultation to discuss your project, understand your goals, and provide a general price range. If you move forward into the design phase, a design fee (1–10% of the total project cost) applies.

What remodeling services do you offer?

We specialize in Kitchen Remodeling, Bathroom Remodeling, Room Additions, full home renovations and Design Services. From layout changes to premium finishes, we handle every detail, start to finish.

Do you offer custom designs?

Absolutely. Our team works with you to create a design that fits your style, budget, and needs. We also provide 3D renderings during the design phase so you can visualize the final result.

Can I choose my own materials?

Yes. We guide you through material selection and partner with trusted vendors for cabinetry, countertops, tile, flooring, fixtures, and more.

How long does a remodel usually take?

Every project is unique, but a general rule of thumb is: Kitchen remodels: 6–10 weeks; Bathroom remodels: 4–8 weeks; Room additions: 2–4 months. We provide a more specific schedule based on your scope of work.

How will you communicate with me during the project?

We use an app called BuilderTrend to provide customers with progress photos, updates, timelines, and messages so you’re always in the loop.

Do you provide a warranty?

Yes. We offer a 5-year labor warranty on all projects, one of the best in the industry. If something wasn’t done right, we’ll make it right at no extra charge.

Do you use in-house crews or subcontractors?

We use a mix of trusted subcontractors and our own in-house carpenters. Every crew is vetted for quality, professionalism, and reliability.

Take this Oldsmar Whole Home Remodel. 5 Years ago, G2 Home Services remodeled the entire home with (at the time) brand new tile floors. After the events of Hurricane Helene, and 4 inches of floodwater racing into this home, everything needed to be replaced except the floors. Yes that’s right, even with 4 inches of standing floodwater, the Tile Flooring originally laid by G2 Home Services withheld against not only time, but mother nature herself.

When a customer begins a remodel, it is with the hope that the contractor they hired is the right contractor. After 4 inches of standing flood-water sat in the home, G2 Home Services came out to inspect the damages on our free initial walk-through consultation.

During

During Demo; Flood cuts were made, existing materials such as cabinets, countertops and appliances were removed. And the rebuild began. But just because something was destroyed doesn’t mean it cannot be improved…

After

Throughout the home, everything was able to be updated. New appliances, cabinets/vanities, countertops, backsplash, a tub to shower conversion. New tile & listello on both shower walls, new flooring in the bathroom, lighting and mirror upgrades, upgraded fixtures and shower glass in the primary bath. What was is born again. Like a phoenix rising from the ashes.

Our Favorite Things

In this Section, we like to take a moment and highlight certain design choices that really stick out to us.

The Cambria PortRush Countertops are a must mention. Using the same top throughout the kitchen and both bathrooms keeps a consistent theme from one room to the next. Making the entire home encompass under one unified vision creating an atheistic that says “elegance and class live here.”

Contrasting Bathroom Themes. Both bathrooms had to be remodeled. So, with keeping the tops the same how do you make them different? Make them contrast. The guest bathroom keeps a clean white with blue accents while the primary bathroom is blue with white accents. Both *brand and style* bathrooms alternate color patterns and theories like two sides of the same complimentary coin.

The Whole Homes Vision. My favorite thing about the design of this home is how from one room to the next, it all connects under one central theme. Ocean Breeze. The sky blue walls, the Ocean blue veins in the countertops, the iron grey tile floors, and the all together black splash & matching listello that accents all them together. From the first steps to the last look, this home flows seamlessly into itself like the fresh pages of a good book.
