New Port Richey Whole Home Renovation

Before After NPR Home Renovation

Project Cost: $104,000

Project Start: 02/11/2025

Project End: 05/02/2025

Displacement, discouragement, and duress. These were just some of the challenges homeowners across Tampa Bay faced after Hurricanes Helene and Milton struck in the fall of 2024. For our New Port Richey client, more than 4 feet of floodwater left their home in ruins, just two years after G2 Home Services had remodeled their kitchen. In the bewilderment of the aftermath, they turned to us once again, this time to rebuild far more than a single room. From structural repairs to complete interior renovations, this project would touch every corner of their home.

As a Design and Build contractor, clients entrust in us to guide them through the remodeling journey, restoring not just their homes, but their sense of normal. Continue below for how G2 Home Services helped restore this New Port Richey Home Renovation.

Before

On our initial walkthrough, flood remediation had taken place prior to G2 Home Services starting the project.

During

After Demo of the remainder of the home, putback could begin. All work started with inspections of all major components, then going through replacing the drywall at the flood cuts and adding insulation. Finally, adding finishes and paint. This project also included the renovation of the guest bath, and re-creating the previous renovation to the kitchen. New flooring was also added throughout home.

Measurements and Design

After

The Kitchen and family room was rebuilt to exactly what they were pre-flood. With added new flooring throughout the entire home. The guest and Master bath saw upgrades in the vanities, mirrors and shower tile!
