Before After

Job Cost: $145,000

Project Start Date: 12/05/2024

Project End Date: 02/20/2025

Back like we never left, unfortunately. This home out in Gulf Harbors, New Port Richey, was one G2 Home Services was familiar with. After a meticulous and well-crafted renovation process of this home 2 years ago, we are back to do it all over again because of the impact of Hurricane Helene. This story is one that has been told thousands of times throughout the past 6 months, and yet it is heart-wrenching with each retelling.

After over 12 inches of water flooded their home, these homeowners were left with no choice but to begin again. This is where G2 enters the story. Being that we had the plans, the know-how and the trust of our clients, they reached out to us to help rebuild their lives, piece by piece. What followed was a complete transformation. One rooted in resilience, craftsmanship, and care. Take a look at how this home not only came back to life, but was even updated.

Our Favorite Things

In every renovation, big or small, there are certain choices or design aspects that really stand out to us. We like to take the time and highlight those certain aspects in this section. Below are our favorite things about this Gulf Harbors Whole Home Renovation!

1. Cream-Toned Kitchen Cabinets with a Modern Edge
These newly installed cabinets don’t just lighten up the space, they elevate it. The soft cream tone adds warmth and refinement, giving the kitchen a clean, high-end feel that’s both timeless and on-trend.

2. Coordinated Tilework with Natural Stone Appeal
The cohesive tile design throughout the kitchen and bathrooms brings a sense of luxury and calm. With veining and tones that mimic natural stone, the look feels elegant without being overdone, like a spa experience right at home.

3. Lighter, Natural Wood Vanities
A thoughtful upgrade from the previous dark tones, these vanities introduce warmth and texture. The lighter wood finish adds a sense of serenity while staying grounded in classic design, perfect for creating a bathroom that feels both fresh and familiar.

4. Thoughtful Details That Make a Difference
From custom shower niches and grab bars to sleek cabinet hardware and subtle under-cabinet lighting, it’s the finishing touches that truly complete this renovation. Every choice was intentional, blending style with functionality to restore comfort, beauty, and peace of mind.
