Clearwater Condo Renovation

Clearwater Condo Renovation Cost: $126,000
Project Start Date: 05/05/2025
Project End Date: 08/05/2025
Hurricanes can affect more than homes. Take this second story condo in Clearwater FL. When the roof was torn off in the storm winds, rain water began running down the walls into the homes below. With over 2 months without power to the building, toxic mold began to develop. Remediations had to begin before a single renovation could. So, What began as storm damage turned into a full-scale Clearwater Condo renovation project, with our G2 Crew stepping in to rebuild, restore, and elevate the space.
We completely remodeled the kitchen with updated cabinetry, countertops, and a more functional layout designed for everyday living and entertaining. Both bathrooms were fully renovated with modern tilework, sleek fixtures, and clean finishes that brought fresh life to the spaces. To finish, we added new paint, trim, and details that tied the entire condo together and gave it a polished, modern look.
Hurricane damage can leave families feeling defeated. But with the right crew, it becomes an opportunity to start fresh. This condo now stands as proof that even after the storm, a home can come back better than ever.
Every project we complete is backed by our 5-Year Labor Warranty and a Fixed Price Proposal, so homeowners know exactly what to expect and can trust that their investment will last.
Our Favorite Things
North Point Catalina Slate cabinets with Pompeii Quartz Alessandria countertops
The kitchen was transformed with rich North Point Catalina Slate cabinets paired with Pompeii Quartz Alessandria countertops. The deep slate finish grounds the space, while the soft, versatile quartz brightens and balances the darker cabinetry in this Clearwater Condo Renovation.
Glazio Martha’s Manor Myrtle Grove backsplash
A true focal point of the condo renovation is the Glazio Martha’s Manor 4×4 Myrtle Grove backsplash. The rich green tile brings depth and color to the kitchen, contrasting beautifully against the cabinetry and quartz.
White North Point Catalina vanities with Pompeii Quartz Alessandria tops
Both bathrooms feature crisp white North Point Catalina vanities topped with Pompeii Quartz Alessandria countertops. This pairing creates a timeless look that’s as functional as it is beautiful, adding practical storage while maintaining a clean aesthetic for this Clearwater Condo Renovation.
Elysium Lucy Light glass shower tile in the master bath
The master bath shower was finished with 4×16 Elysium Lucy Light glass tile, creating a soft, coastal-inspired backdrop behind the clear glass enclosure. The tile’s subtle shimmer elevates the space, while the built-in bench and niches keep it practical.
