Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We are fully licensed and insured in the state of Florida. Our license number is CRC1331933, and we carry both general liability and workers’ compensation insurance.

Do you offer free consultations?

Yes. We offer a complimentary in-home consultation to discuss your project, understand your goals, and provide a general price range. If you move forward into the design phase, a design fee (1–10% of the total project cost) applies.

What remodeling services do you offer?

We specialize in Kitchen Remodeling, Bathroom Remodeling, Room Additions, full home renovations and Design Services. From layout changes to premium finishes, we handle every detail, start to finish.

Do you offer custom designs?

Absolutely. Our team works with you to create a design that fits your style, budget, and needs. We also provide 3D renderings during the design phase so you can visualize the final result.

Can I choose my own materials?

Yes. We guide you through material selection and partner with trusted vendors for cabinetry, countertops, tile, flooring, fixtures, and more.

How long does a remodel usually take?

Every project is unique, but a general rule of thumb is: Kitchen remodels: 6–10 weeks; Bathroom remodels: 4–8 weeks; Room additions: 2–4 months. We provide a more specific schedule based on your scope of work.

How will you communicate with me during the project?

We use an app called BuilderTrend to provide customers with progress photos, updates, timelines, and messages so you’re always in the loop.

Do you provide a warranty?

Yes. We offer a 5-year labor warranty on all projects, one of the best in the industry. If something wasn’t done right, we’ll make it right at no extra charge.

Do you use in-house crews or subcontractors?

We use a mix of trusted subcontractors and our own in-house carpenters. Every crew is vetted for quality, professionalism, and reliability.

Len Gregory master bathroom renovation (large 12’ x 12’)

Len has a home in Land O Lakes built in the early 2000’s. He loves his home but really had a need for an upgrade to his master bathroom. The overall size of this bathroom was approximately 12 x 9 and had a lot of unused space. Our team went to work on Demo and got rid of the old walk in shower, vanities, medicine cabinets, mirrors, etc. We then used the Schluter Kerdi board and Schluter Ditra decoupling membrane to create a roll in shower that we had enlarged from the previous size and modernized with 12 x 24 tile and New ½” ultra clear shower glass from My Shower Door. We used New Delta faucets and fixtures. We then used Wilson Arts Solid Surface counter tops with molded sinks for both vanities. Great client, great project and even better results.

Jager Herndon master bath (shower)

Customer had a broken acrylic shower pan in the master bathroom. Our team demolished the existing tile surround, enlarged the shower an additional 9” and fabricated a built in shower seat. Installed all new Moen plumbing fixtures. We then used the Schluter Kerdi waterproof shower system for a seamless installation with a lifetime warranty. We then used the Schluter Ditra de-coupling membrane on the wood substrate of the master bathroom floor to prevent any future cracking (some cracking previously present prior to demo) and installed all new tile in the shower and on the bathroom floor. We then finished the project off with 3/8 frameless shower glass from my shower door.
